Notice vinyl button logo and pip. Our prints are heat pressed on using a vinyl heat transfer film. Due to our hands on approach each individual product is designed, pressed and packaged by the team at MOOSH83.

- Our colour range is shown as an indication only as it may vary from screen to screen. All garment colours are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, a slight variation in colour may occur. MOOSH83 reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colours, sizes or fabrics.

- All products you see on the website are available. Sometimes we may be out of a particular colour or size. In that instance we will notify you in which case you will have the option to wait until stock arrives or choose another colour or size.

If goods are found defective, not fit for intended purpose, don't match their description or are not of merchantable quality. We will refund the full amount of purchase in the form of original payment or offer a credit matching the value of original purchase, the choice is yours. Goods must be in original condition, with swing tags attached. We will be happy to refund within 14 days time from when you received your goods.
Firstly email or write a letter addressed to PO Box 5958, Cairns QLD 4870 of complaint including the following: Your name, Postal address, Any other contact information you may wish to include, Reason for request of refund or return. This is to notify us in due course.
Once we have made contact to confirm we have received your letter/email of complaint. And providing you wish proceed we will need you to do the following.
Ship the goods in question with proof of purchase/shipping receipts. Include a copy of your letter of complaint. Once this is received by MOOSH83. An inspection will take place by our team. If it is found to be a fault of our own. You will be refunded for the full amount including the shipping cost incurred returning any unwanted goods.
Please choose wisely we do not refund if you simply change your mind. Find that you can get the item cheaper elsewhere. Had a defect pointed out, clearly stating that purchase is made with known defect. Haven't followed care instructions stated on garments. Damage goods by using them in a way they are not intended.
However you may not require to follow these guidelines given your individual case. If you feel a resolution can't be made by following the information provided, please feel free to email us with any further enquires regarding refunds and returns.
